Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmations email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $20
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Delays BKQ Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or customs processing. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
